Merlico Projects was established in 2002 as a one man business with seven workers. Since then we have become one of the Eastern Capes finest erectors of Portal-Frames Steel Structures and Lean-To’s. We also provide relevant extras such as roof sheeting with side cladding, Bullnose sheeting, roof insulation materials, polycarbonate sheeting and ventilators.
The fact that we pride ourselves on perfection in everything we do has helped us to earn respect in the Construction Industry.

This range of buildings are custom built steel portal frame structures, fabricated to your specific design and requirements. They are used for factories, workshops, stores, warehouses, pack sheds, distribution centres etc. and can be walled with insulated panel or cladded with IBR sheeting.
Various finishing and roofing options are available and size has no limit.
